What is included in the price?
Your pet’s remains in a temporary urn returned to you in about a week, excluding weekends.
Do you have anything else to put my pet’s ashes in besides the temporary urn?
Yes. We carry several styles of urns including traditional, wooden memorials, burial urns, and various styles of cremation jewelry.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders, personal checks (requires two forms of picture ID), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cash. We do not accept American Express.
Is there an additional charge for “after-hours,” home deliveries, weekends or holidays?
Yes, call for details.
When is payment expected?
Payment is expected at time of order.
How can I be sure I am getting my pet’s remains?
When we receive a pet, we assign the pet a brass numbered tag. This tag remains with the pet through the entire process. This number coincides with the pet cremation record which states all the owner’s information
How can I be sure it is only my pet’s remains?
We have internal forms that we record information such as date, pet’s name, pet’s weight, duration, and meter usage for each cremation. We also have a state-required recorder on our unit which also contains information about each cremation.
Am I allowed to be present during the cremation process?
Certainly, but prior arrangements must be made.
Do you provide euthanasia?
We do not provide any type of euthanasia, as it is a service that requires a specific license.
