Your pet’s remains in a temporary urn returned to you in about a week, excluding weekends.
Do you have anything else to put my pet’s ashes in besides the temporary urn?
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders, personal checks (requires two forms of picture ID), Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.
Is there an additional charge for “after-hours,” home deliveries, weekends or holidays?
When is payment expected?
How can I be sure I am getting my pet’s remains?

Am I allowed to be present during the cremation process?
